Reconstitute dried morels warm water until they rehydrate and plump. The flavorful liquid can be strained and used in soups and sauces. Dried morels can also be ground in a spice grinder and added to your favorite meat rub. Morels are complemented by butter, cream, shallots, and thyme. They’re excellent with chicken, veal, rabbit, and pork dishes.
